Booking Clarity

We want you to feel completely confident before finalizing your entertainment. Here are the most common questions regarding our contract terms, logistics, and performance requirements. Transparency is the foundation of a successful event.

When is the final payment due?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise stipulated in your contract terms.

What are the venue and rider requirements?

We require a dedicated 20-amp power supply, a flat and covered performance surface, and standard green room access. Specific technical details are outlined fully in the attached rider.

What is your cancellation and postponement policy?

Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance forfeit only the initial deposit. Full details regarding postponements and force majeure events are detailed in Section 4 of the agreement.

How much time is needed for setup and soundcheck?

I require a one hour for load-in, setup, and a full soundcheck prior to guest arrival. We coordinate directly with your venue coordinator to ensure seamless logistics.
